Refund and Return Policy

Original Artwork
All sales of original, one-of-a-kind artwork are final and non-refundable. Due to the unique nature of original art pieces, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases where the artwork arrives damaged during shipping through no fault of the customer.
Prints and Reproductions
Prints and reproductions may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery for a full refund, provided they meet all condition requirements listed below. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
To be eligible for return, prints must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original, unopened packaging
- With all certificates of authenticity and documentation included
- Free from any damage, marks, or alterations
Prints that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to sender at customer's expense. No partial refunds or restocking fees apply to prints meeting all conditions.
Custom Commissions
Custom artwork created to buyer specifications is non-refundable under all circumstances. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work on custom pieces. The remaining balance is due upon completion before shipping. Custom commissions cannot be canceled once the deposit is paid and work has begun.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:
- Contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with photographic documentation showing the damage and packaging
- Keep all original packaging materials for carrier inspection
- Do not discard any materials until claim is resolved
- We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- You will receive either a full refund (including original shipping costs) or replacement, your choice
Failure to report damage within 48 hours voids eligibility for damage claims.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered shipping preparation. Once an order status changes to "processing" or "shipped," cancellation is no longer available and our standard return policy applies.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, you must:
- Contact us at ulibretana@gmail.com within 14 days of confirmed delivery
- Include your order number, item description, and specific reason for return
- Receive written return authorization (RMA number) from us
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving RMA authorization
Unauthorized Returns: Items shipped back without prior written authorization and an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender at customer's expense. No refunds will be issued for unauthorized returns.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item in acceptable condition. Refunds include the full purchase price plus any sales tax paid. Original shipping costs are not refunded except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We provide prepaid return shipping label at no cost to customer
- Prints (customer preference / buyer's remorse): Customer pays all return shipping costs
- Original artwork: Not eligible for return unless damaged in transit
- International returns: Customer pays all return shipping costs and any customs fees unless item is damaged or defective
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are properly packaged and insured during return shipment. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping when customer arranges return shipping.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances except damage during shipping:
- Original, one-of-a-kind artwork
- Custom commissions (including deposits)
- Digital downloads or digital art files once accessed
- Gift certificates
- Promotional items or free gifts
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it following our return policy and place a new separate order for the desired item. Both transactions are subject to their respective policies.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers who initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals through their bank or credit card company without first contacting us to resolve the issue may be permanently banned from future purchases. If a chargeback is initiated while a return is in process, the return will be canceled and no refund will be issued until the chargeback is withdrawn. Customers are responsible for any chargeback fees or dispute costs incurred.
Restocking and Inspection
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Items returned in used condition, with damaged packaging, missing components, or not in original condition will be refused and returned to sender at customer's expense. No exceptions.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays in processing refunds or returns, or inability to fulfill refund obligations, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of God, shipping carrier failures, payment processor outages, government actions, or public emergencies.
Modification of Policy
We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. Changes apply only to purchases made after the modification date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your transaction.
Florida Law
This return policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from returns or refunds will be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
