Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom pieces and commissions may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS depending on package size, destination, and value. All shipments include tracking information, which will be provided via email once your order ships.
For high-value original artwork (over $500), signature confirmation is required at delivery to ensure safe receipt.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
- Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and package dimensions
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. International shipping times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days depending on customs clearance.
Important: Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
International Taxes and Duties
For orders shipped outside the United States, buyers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and VAT (Value Added Tax) charged by the destination country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
For EU destinations: Orders may be subject to VAT (typically 15–27% depending on country) and customs duties payable upon delivery.
For UK destinations: Orders may be subject to 20% VAT and customs duties payable upon delivery.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount. Please contact your local customs office for specific rates.
Restricted Destinations
Due to U.S. government trade sanctions and embargoes administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), we cannot ship to the following countries and regions:
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Syria
- Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine
- Russia
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders to destinations where shipping is legally restricted or logistically unfeasible.
Packaging
All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Original paintings and delicate pieces are wrapped in protective materials, reinforced with corner guards, and shipped in sturdy boxes or crates appropriate for the artwork's size and value.
Insurance
All shipments are insured for their full value. In the unlikely event of damage or loss during transit, we will work with the carrier to file a claim and provide a replacement or full refund.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your artwork arrives damaged, please:
- Document the damage with photographs immediately
- Keep all packaging materials
- Contact us within 48 hours at ulibretana@gmail.com
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund. For damaged items, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Customer is not responsible for return shipping costs when the item arrives damaged.
Returns
Domestic Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for damaged items only. We provide a prepaid return label for damaged items.
International Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for damaged items only. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on international orders unless the item arrives damaged, in which case we provide return shipping.
Original Artwork: Sales of original, one-of-a-kind artwork are final unless the piece arrives damaged during shipping.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of purchase.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or undeliverable due to customer error (incorrect address, refusal to pay customs duties, etc.), the customer is responsible for original shipping costs and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.
Liability Limitation
Our liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited to the insured value of the artwork. Insurance claims are processed through the shipping carrier and may take 10–30 business days to resolve.
